Major League Lacrosse is giving fans a fresh way to get the inside scoop on all things MLL with its web-based show, “Inside the MLL.” In addition to broadcasting all games in syndication, on ESPN3.com, and six live games on ESPN2, MLL has announced it will produce a 30-minute magazine-style show. Produced by Lax United, it will feature highlights, player features, expert analysis, and game previews in addition to capturing the lifestyle of Major League Lacrosse players.
“Our goal with the show is to give the fans a chance to get to know the stars of Major League Lacrosse both on and off the field,” said Broadcasting and Digital Media Manager Chris Day. “Of course there will be plenty of highlights and expert analysis of each week’s games, but we are really hoping to bring people inside the game in as many different ways possible.”
The show will be available on the league’s website, www.majorleaguelacrosse.com and on ESPN.com, on Tuesday afternoons.
The league will also provide team-specific versions of the show, which will be tailored for each MLL club. “Inside the Team” will be produced in ten-minute episodes and will be available on each team's website every Wednesday.
You can catch the first episode of “Inside the MLL” on Tuesday, May 10th, 2011.
