Announcing the 2012 Dick's Sporting Goods Ball Boy/Girl Program!

Earn your spot on the field by selling tickets to Hounds games.  

 

COMPETITION 

Participants with the greatest number of points accumulated within a phase will be awarded as a Dick’s Sporting Goods Ball Boy/Girl.

Points will be totaled as follows:

Sell a Season Ticket: Receive 5 points

Sell a Single Game Ticket in the Red or Yellow Ribbon sections: Receive 3 Points

Sell a Single Game Ticket in White or Purple Ribbon sections: Receive 1 Point

SCHEDULE

Phase #1 March 20 – April 18:  Competition for the April 28^th, May 12^th and May 19^th Games.

Winners will be announced and notified on April 20

Phase #2 April 19 – May 23:  Competition for the June 2^nd and June 16^th Games.

Winners will be announced and notified on May 25

Phase #3 May 24 – June 27:  Competition for the Ball Boys/Girls for the July 7^th Game.

Winners will be announced and notified on June 29

Phase #4 June 28 – August 1:  Competition for the Ball Boys/Girls for the August 11^th Game.

Winners will be announced and notified on August 3

RULES AND GUIDELINES

Competitors must be between 10 and 16 years of age and have turned in a signed Waiver and Release form.

Four (4) Ball Boys/Girls will be awarded and assigned to the field for each Home game. Each Dick’s Sporting Goods Ball Boy/Girl will be provided with a lacrosse helmet and jersey for game day, which must be worn at all times while on the field.

You may participate in multiple phases of the competition. Points reset after each phase.

Buyers must indicate your reference code when purchasing tickets in order to receive credit.

• Purchase Charlotte hounds Tickets online at: www.charlottehounds.com and immediately email kboyles@charlottehounds.com with your reference code.
• Credit will not be applied to prior purchases.

 

GAME DAY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Arrive at Memorial Stadium by 6:15pm. Specific game day details will be provided to all winners. Late arrivals are subject to substitution at team’s discretion.
• Participant does not need a ticket.  Guests and parent/guardian will need a ticket.
• Ball Boy/Girl will be on the field for the entire length of the game (accompanied by a Team Representative).
• Ball Boy/Girl will be a part of the Charlotte Hounds human tunnel as the players run out onto the field.
• Demonstrate respect, integrity, teamwork and focus at all times.
